Stayed for 2 nights and for me I think its the best all round London I've ever stayed in, for level of service and location to the city.
Staff were mostly friendly - only exception was the bar man, who seemed annoyed that we wanted to have a few drinks after our evening meal and relax in the reception area before heading to our room.
Room was slightly on the small size, but the bed was extremly comfortable.
Slight drawback with the breakfast, not exactly what we ordered the night before, but other than that, no complaints with the hotel or its staff !
WARNING - Beware parking in the local Auth. Car park unde the Hotel - its a complete rip off - try and park close by !!
