We stayed here for the location, the rooms were very clean, but old fashioned and bare, however quite a goos size, the view was rubbish, the food was fine but quite expensive to eat in, and you didnt feel full. The reception staff were ok, the restaurant staff were better. I think it is overpriced due to its excellent location behind the london eye
