Very disappointed with poor service and chaos. Starting with a late check-in as the hotel was not ready yet.... waited 3hrs for the extra mattress which was organized way in advance. Then at 8pm we were told that they got the rooms wrong and that we would need to change rooms....At 8pm!!!! And to top that off we had to request assistance to move our bags.... no one offered.
The phones in the rooms didn't work and the one that did didn't work very well. The room service was poor.... bringing food/drinks with no cutlery, etc. The lifts kept displaying errors... so arriving level 5, the lift would display 3 or ? The litter outside the hotel was off-putting... especially for a 4 star. The tv channel options are very poor.
It's unfortunate to have to write such a negative review because the views and location are lovely. But unfortunately for a hotel of this price, that's not good enough.
