My friend and l refused to stay in the room we were shown to as it was damp, very cold and no heating. The other room we were shown to was not much better. The food at the hotel was not cooked properly, breakfast was cold, we have been on loads of holidays with National Holidays but this is the worst one yet. There was nothing to do at night as we were told National Holidays would not pay for any entertainment. We have serious doubts about going with National Holidays again.
