The bed was stained and disgusting.
Room was freezing and fuse missing from heater.
Staff would not give us another non smoking room.
Would NEVER use this hotel again-worst at Gatwick.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stay package including 15 nights parking. We had a large family room with one double bed and two bunk beds which my boys thought was great as they both got to sleep on the top bunk :-), room was clean and tidy and had everything that was needed. I will admit that every few minutes you could hear the planes taking of but it is an airport hotel situated at the end of the runway!!, and that was all part of the fun and excitment for my 2 boys.
Would definatly use again next time I fly from Gatwick.
