Attended friends wedding, what a disapointment, food mediocre staff inexperienced and sullen bar prices way over the top room only the same as any decent hotel, have had better 3* in Lakes very overated felt embarrased for the bride and groom on what should have been their special day

The hotel is spectacular - everything you could wish for and more in a pampering 5 star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and treated like royalty. Everyone was friendly from cleaners to staff, everyone greeted you with a smile and courtesy.
The rooms and facilities were immaculate and the meals stunning. Nothing was too much trouble. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our anniversary. The hardest thing will be topping it next year!!!
