Although the hotel is faily isolated, the holiday was for people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle. It is situated alongside a quiet beach, which the locals tend to use at weekends. A taxi ride into Panjim is about 10 mins for those missing the shops and a variety of restaurants.
We found the hotel to be very clean, sheets and towels were changed daily. The bathroom was very basic, more like a wet room with shower, toilet and washbasin, but adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all ways.
The food was varied with several choices and the breakfast offered something for everyone. The evening entertainment was very good, especially the beach BBQs twice weekly. Not many hotels offer a BBQ on the beach with the sea lapping round your feet!
After booking our hotel we read some unfavourable reports and were somewhat concerned, but in our opinion these were unfounded.

This hotel was built in 1996, and gives the impression that nothing as changed since then, and I dont think I am being too sarcastic to say they probably still have the mops from 1996.
It is billed as a 4 star hotel but every single person that i spoke to was not at all happy, this ranged from indians who had come from delhi and Americans travelling around the world, the service was awful, the food was bland and cold, you had wild dogs wandering around growling at holidaymakers, nothing got refilled unless you asked repeatedly.
There was 5 english families that we met and we all will be taking legal action against airtours, these are people we met on holiday.

It was my honeymoon and the stay was ofcourse fantastic.We did got our stay extended by another week.
We found the resort just perfect for couples who want lonely and beautiful location to spent time.
The food was good we like the veriations in all meals, morning & evening melas were a delight by the sea. The staff was also freindly and hotel is maintained well.
As the hotel is located very close to panjim hence offering very easy access to the city .The tours organised by hotel for two days were good.
Loved the evening shows as we danced on beautiful no.s by sea side.
We would definitly come back to this hotel someday.
