We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and Year, and what a dump! There was cold food, colder rooms, management and staff not really bothered about hotel guests unless you were Italian. We travel with national coach holiday; the drivers were very good but could do nothing about hotel situation. Eating out was very expensive, but we had to survive.
We have written a complaint, but have heard nothing back yet. The weather helped though a bit of warm sunshine.
We won’t go there again, and we should have read more reviews about the place before hand.
