This hotel is full of old memorabilia throughout. It is terraced with stunning views of Etna. Some rooms are on the road side, which doesn't have Etna views.
The room was decorated in the same traditional way, apart from the bathroom, which was spacious and modern. Rooms were cleaned every morning, with a change of towels every day and change of bedding every second day.
Breakfast was buffet style on the terrace which overlooks Etna. A good selection to choose from.
We didn't eat dinner at the hotel, as we had heard from a few couples that the food wasn't very good.
A couple of older musicians played and sang one night a week.
The hotel has a private car park a few metres further up the road from the hotel. The staff will park your car and bring it out for you if required.
