2nd visit to hotel. Small and very personal service and very friendly staff. Food much higher standard than normally found at "all inclusive" hotels. Freshly prepared in front of guests or brought out in small amounts ensuring that it was not lying around for long periods in heated trays.
Excellent bar staf and pool/bed attendant.
Not really suitable for families as grounds small but right on the beach.
easy to reach Mombasa or Mtwapa. Just walk 5 minutes to main road and flag down a passing matatu (local taxi buses)- great experience.
Will stay again but understand some remodelling underway but could now be finished. However existing rooms recently upgraded and superb bathroom.
Look out for monkeys as at most Mombasa hotels. They will pinch anything lying around especially food !!
