This hotel was a new one to us British holiday makers
we stayed as royal gala guests and couldn't fault this hotel.
The food was excellent especially in the specialty restaurants(Italian is a must) themed nights in buffet most nights.
As for the entertainment we didn't see any but most people seemed to enjoy it.
Slight drawback as only one bar a night and it could get busy but not a problem really.
The staff were very friendly and hardworking, no problem too small.
The royal gala class (gold band) did give extra benefits like an adults only private pool area and a reserved family area on beach also the private lounge, this was great before dinner as pre dinner eats and drinks were available every night. Champagne too.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.
