We booked a 2 for 1 nights deal which was good value. We checked in ok and there were lots of spaces in the hotels own underground car park.
Lift went straight up to the room, we were very disappointed with the room, it was very small, no view (looking into other rooms) and also an adjoining room, we went back to reception and they changed us to a bigger room over looking the roundabout & river at the front of the hotel.
The room was actually quite basic for a 4* hotel, there was a tv, desk and chair, hairdryer, trouser press, tea & coffee making facilities. What we did miss was an in room safe. The bathroom was a bit disappointing, bath with shower over, some toiletries. It was very clean but needed updating a bit.
There was some road noise from the traffic, but this did affect sleeping.
We used the pool/jacuzzi & steam room, was good to have these on site but have to say the facilities at the Killyhevlin in Enniskillen are much superior. Towels were supplied by the pool staff. Changing rooms and area could do with updating a little.
We ate in Thompsons restaurant the first evening, 2 courses & a bottle of wine for
