Picked this hotel as it was in an area I have stayed before and it is near a Metro station, this part of Lisbon has some good local restaurants.
So to the hotel got to the hotel at about 10.30am only one room of a pair ready so we left our bags in our friends room, staff on reception all spoke good English as did those in the breakfast room. This hotel is a good base and is a top class 4* with all the things you need for a few days in Lisbon. Bedrooms are light and airy with big windows to let in the light, they have the biggest bed me and the wife have ever slept in it was that wide it had three pillows across it, shower was good never went cold with nice small bottles of shampoo and shower gel with fresh towels daily.
Good aray of food for breakfast hot and cold only fault was water for the tea was not that hot as to make a good cuppa.There is a cafe on site if you want to use it.
I would use this hotel again if I was in Lisbon there are plan for a roof top pool this year some time, so it should be even better than it is now.
