Room was pleasant, but got ant problem which reception dealt with straight away. Cleaned regularly through the week. A large complex with families of cats living within the grounds. The complex is within a pine forest which shaded us from most of the sun for half the day. Many pine needles fell into the pool during the day - but cleaned twice a day. Became human pincushion once when gust of wind blew lots of needles out of trees whilst sunbathing (OUCH!). Kids didn't bother with kids club as hotel entertainment was brilliant. Isaac and crew entertained adults and children all day and evening. Special shows in the evening giving variety - all good. Although the complex was old and a bit dated looking - the experience of staff made it an enjoyable holiday (no-one wet behind the ears). Only thing that would make me think about going again is the pine trees and needles.
