As stated Santo Tomas is a very quiet resort consisting of half a dozen shops, crazy golf and maybe three bars.
Very pretty indeed but other than a 10min stroll down the main street it was back to the hotel for the nightly entertainment: kids disco/games 8.15pm till the "show" at 9.15pm.
No-one has mentioned the prices in the hotel/resort! 320 euros for a pint of flat lager? and 600 euro for a plate of chips at the beach cafe? Also, a tip for smokers; in the resort itself they are not allowed to sell packs (200)cigarettes you have to go to the next resort to buy them (do not buy from airport as they are much more!!)
The beach was quite good beautiful clear shallow water but very cluttered sand (like dried seaweed i think) For anyone travelling with elderly or disabled people access is via a slight rocky slope or a short walk to a nearby boardwalk (it is not just bang flat in front of the hotel like the pic in brochure makes it appear).

Santo Tomas is clean, well maintained and feels like a safe environment for families. No night life for young people and that could be a major attraction for families with young children.

Small peaceful resort with good beaches.Standard hotel entertainment,resort very clean.

Resort was quiet but we stayed in hotel at night and went on a few day time trips so we wasnt bored we liked the island tour Tramontana Trail.

Santo Tomas - very quiet, ideal for sun, sea and sand holiday but not if you're after pubs, clubs and discos. Choice of restaurants is limited and there is no shopping to speak of apart from the 2 supermarkets and beach-type shops. Great for older couples and families with young children but teenagers could be bored. If you want to see other parts of the island you need to hire a car or go on coach excursions. Having said that it is a beautiful resort, we had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Beaches were clean and had a lifeguard on duty.
Plenty on nice walks along the beach at Santo Thomas and cliff walks to Son Bou.

The resort itself is quite pleasant but don't expect too much to do in the evenings! Its very quiet. But hey! get a car a go out - it makes up for it. However it is reasonably clean.
The beach was mediocre - go to Son Bou for the beach it s much better.
Wouldn't rush back to Santo Tomas but would go elsewhere!

Santo Tomas was very beautiful resort, but very, very quiet.
Wasn't bothered about not having late night drinking as we had the kids, but at this time of the year entertainment was limited. On the whole this holiday for us was spoilt by the bad weather (4 days/nights of rain. I would like to return to Menorca in the future but to a resort with a bit more to do.
