We stayed here just the one night after a cruise (travel agent booked it as part of the package) and initially we were slightly put off by the area which is not really 'touristy'. However, it proved no real problem as there was a bus stop just round the corner and it was only a short ride to La Rambla and the metro (we never used) was about 5-10 minutes away. 5 minutes away in a different direction took us to the beach and a further 5-10 minutes walk took us to the marina with restaurants, shops, etc.
Talking with other people at the hotel I understand that the Sagrada Familia is only a 25 minutes’ walk (if you're that inclined!)
Breakfast is not included but if you pay on arrival you get a discount and its well worth it. You won't go hungry.
The room was big enough and clean.
We would definitely stay here again.
