The rooms are good but the service was awful with miserable rude staff. If you want a quiet holiday in the sun this is not for you. It is right next to a building site with cranes and drilling all day. The sun disappears by mid day at the pool.
The staff are rude and the general manager and guest relations do not want to know about problems and will not help. We checked out after three days and moved to St Regis, Sadayaat Island which is amazing.

Hotel tip: Avoid this hotel at all costs. Part of the Jumeirah award winning chain and charges high prices for bad service. Staff are miserable and even after complaining they do not wish to help. Hotel is next to a building site
