Hi,

You could try the Royal Residence Hammamet. They only have a few 2 bed aprtments but if you get in quick you may be lucky. It's not directly on the beach, but it's only a couple of minutes walk away. Guests at the Royal Residence can also use the facilities at Le Hammamet hotel. There are a shops, decent restaurants and cafes pretty much on the doorstep.

At the other end of Hammamet there's the Residence Aziza Thalasso Golf. I'm not sure if they definitely have two beds, but they advertise studios, apartments and suites so it's worth checking out. It's across the road from the four star Aziza hotel, and you'd be able to use their beach etc.
