Hi there, everytime i try and price a flight from Sharm to Cairo it only comes up with Egyptair. Try and do a search on Expedia or Lastminute. It will bring up who does that route. Not sure if there are other regional airlines.

Egypt air and Petroleum Air Services do flights from Sharm to Cairo. The cost for a foreigner would be about 65 sterling each way
