After seeing a programe on t.v about Dubai, we was thinking of purchasing a holiday home there, an apartment, has anyone else taken the plunge, if so what was your experiances

I am a pilot and I fly into Dubai every week.
I must say it is a wonderful place to buy property, but more up-market and getting expensive. But very good rental.

Yes we have bought an apartment in Dubai.
Not sure what we will do with it yet. Rentals are in demand at the moment. Dubailand is being built which is going to be bigger and better than disney.
We are situated in the Persia area of International City. Near Dubailand.
Who knows, not even sure if we will keep it.
