The Innkeepers Lodge at Toby Carvery or Days Inn near the cricket ground are both very convenient for Chaddesden, i think you meant Chaddesden?
A little further out but still not far from Chaddedsen is Morley Hayes Hotel. This is a lovely hotel (only opened last year), even if you don't stay there it's worth visiting the Rooster Bar - great pub food.
