Yes, Madhuhuts .... there are plenty of huts at Agonda.... just turn up. Better by far (quieter) than Palolem.

Leanora's in benaulim, also pedro's although they don't have sunbeds. Danny

The huts on Benaulim beach are fantastic... including the shacks. They are a million times better than shacks I have found elsewhere, also very quiet...

I would also like to reccommend the Benaulim area, as a good base for exploring the South. I have had a look around here http://www.blue-corner-goa.com/ the huts are simple but very clean and tidy. The restaurant serves good food.

Oh Dear !
Sadly this sort of thing happens in Goa, maybe you could try this one Anthy's Guest house, only eaten at the restaurant , but the little cottages are neat and tidy. There is a good review in the Goa hotel section anthysguesthouse@rediffmail.com
Good Luck x lassi
