Does anyone know how much to buy a beach towel & best place to get one?
I've seen them on the beach rd but haven't got a clue how much to pay (the stripey ones are good enough).

We have just got back and the beach towels are everywhere for sale. We paid 200rs each but you could prob get them a bit cheaper. This was for the towels with the pictures on-Goa Beach etc. The stripy ones were about the same price.
Well one lady wanted 600rs for two towels, so we got the two for 400rs in the end. I have brought them home and they have washed up really well too.

we always buy the stripey ones as well...they always ask for about 600rp per towel & we always get them for 200 rp! loads of shops & stalls along both calangute & candolim rds to the beach have them.
