Hi all!

Ok, for June 2008s holiday we have decided to go back to Greece, we went to Zante last year and absolutely loved it, when booking the holiday I specifically asked not to be placed in Laganas as I knew it was a 24 hour party place and we are not a party place type of couple, preferring instead to tour the island, sunseek and just relax instead of getting hammered every night! We ended up being placed on arrival in Alykanas, a gorgeous little town at the top of the island where there were plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and tavernas but never so much noise that you would be driven insane trying to get some sleep!

Anyway, this year we want to go back to Greece as I said we now have a baby who will be 8 months old when we go, and fancy a different island.

Can anyone suggest any of the islands and resorts that has plenty of culture, excursions, restaurants, beaches and things to do without being a mad party town?

We're quite interested in Crete and Rhodes but where else can people suggest.

Also, what is the weather like in June?
