am stuck between Goa and CV for next Feb....I've found these apartments on the web and wondered if anyone has dealt with this company before

they quoted me 50 euros a night for a one bed
We rent apartments on Boa Vista Island (Cape Verde Islands) 50 m from the beach on the outskirts of Sal Rai town. The apartments are meant for 2-3 (one bedroom) or 4-6 persons (two bedrooms). All have ample living rooms and fully equipped kitchens, one or two bedrooms with bath and a terrace. Our apartments are ideal for groups people who prefer apartment accommodation rather than a hotel.
In the immediate neighborhood there can be hired windsurf, surf, kite and other water sport equipment
which combined with the fact that I can get a flight there cheaper than one to Goa is making it seem an attractive proposition....am just a bit wary with CV being such a new destination and could this firm be less than above board ?
I was also wondering what the local shopping is like, as the apartments are self catering.
