Hi Everyone

I've been looking for hotels in this area for my next trip in Dec (I like to plan ahead!) and a friend in Goa has told me about a new hotel that has recently opened directly behind the Sunset Beach Hotel and Mermaid restaurant. I think he said it was called the Sea Breeze but not sure and I didn't ask too much about it?! Anyway, I'm just wondering if anyone knows this place and what it's like, whether the rooms have air-conditioning, TV, does it have a pool etc...?
