Hi Folks,

Just back from the Coastline hotel after yet another great holiday & we spent the odd period with the cats in the garden. I am pleased to report that they are in excellent condition and well fed with meaty scraps and watered by the staff. Nevertheless they still enjoyed some treats off us. We counted about 13 cats and 2 kittens in all and they were quite tame though a little cautious with us.

One day besides seeing the usual lizards & geckos in the garden, a 6 inch chameleon appeared on the wall. I was gobsmacked cause I didn't they lived on Malta. Because of the cat's interest in this magnificent reptile I put it carefully on a high branch in a tree and wow it changed from brown to a greeny colour!!! I was told after that chameleons are often seen in the more rural parts of Malta,
