This is an article about the banning of rave parties next season - how many times have we heard this one? Too much money involved to stop them but hope for the sake of the people who live near to them that they keep their word.
By all means have rave parties on beaches and places which are not populated so the music can be as loud as is required.
two hopes....the big chill in ashwem (apr 07) was a major success, i think they will be there again next year. great weekend of music.

For me Goa is more about the Relaxation, exploration and eating.
I wouldn't mind going to a beach party though. Shame really.
