We stayed in San Antonio last year and we got nappies / wipes easily. You could also buy Cravendale full fat milk in most of the supermarkets.

there are several spa shops in escana,all selling full fat milk,cravendale etc. mo.
I think that full milk is labelled 'Des Nata' they also so 'semi nata'.
Great thanks very much will make a note of the translations good to know about nappies and wipes.
