Easiest thing is to print off the rates from the link below. It covers all currencies and I never travel without it. For Tunisia I print out the dinar/£, dinar/€ and £/€ because prices in the duty free are always in euros. I laminate copies of each and carry them in my wallet. Another advantage is when locals ask if you can change £ or € which they've been given as tips into dinars for them you can show them the rate and no-one feels they've been cheated.
