We originally booked our holiday to goa in January
Departing BHX at 20.40 pm on 25th december they have now changed the flight to depart 26 December at 01.45 am
can we cancel or do we have to accept these changes - its not the start of the holiday which is a problem it is the return times we should of landed at 18.00 hrs but now it is scheduled for 23.00 hrs. which means an extra day off work which i can not have.
ANY ADVICE APPRECIATED
Don't think you can cancel without losing your deposit as according to their T & C's the change isn't classed as major. You either have to accept it or cancel and lose your deposit. I guess you might just have to go to work like death warmed up the next day - done that loads of times myself. I've even gone to work a couple of times straight from the airport after stepping off a transatlantic flight.
Cynical is unfortunately right- unless each change means an amendment of more than 12 hours- you are not entitled to cancel FOC
