This is a rent from owner site so after choosing the home you want you will get in direct contact with the owner and not the site.

thanks. can anyone suggest how we protect ourselves to make sure the villa for rent is genuine before we pay the money? I thought of contacting the community (windsor hills) and checking that the home is owned by the person we have spoken to through the website?

Windsor Hills won't know .The only way is to check on the county website and check the details against what you know already.The site will give you the owners name and address and the address of the unit.If you would like help in this pm me .
