Travelling to Gumbet in July with 1 year old, not wanting to take loads of nappies etc, do the larger supermarkets in Gumbet sell nappies ( our equivilant to Pampers etc ) if so what prices
What about baby jars for lunches, can these be bought in the larger supermarkets as well

There are a couple of big supermarkets just outside of Gumbet which will sell all you need for your baby - Carrefour and Migros. You can get pampers they are called prima but they are more expensive than here. I used to live in Gumbet with my baby and I used Turkish brands; Evy Baby, Molfix or Can Baby, they are just as good as pampers in my opinion but a lot cheaper, less than nappies in the UK. You can also get baby wipes but not nappy bags.
I didn't find the jars of foods very nice, my daughter wouldn't eat them but you can get fruit pots and baby yogurts, which are all nice. If you are eating out you can always ask at the restaurants to do something for your baby, they are always very accomodating to babies and children.
Anything else yo need to know just ask
