Stayed next door to the Jasmin, looks nice, right on the beach.
Take a trip or two into Bodrum, just go to main rd and jump on a dolmus, mini bus, costs next to nothing.
Make sure you explore the area, lots of trips, boat trip is especially nice, very relaxing.
You will get hasle to go into bars or shops, just remember they are trying to make a living, are someons son, husband,so be nice, just say no thanks, have a joke, they love that as they have a great sense of humour.
Try out the local foods, dont stick to English you will be missing out if you do.
Most of all relax, go with the flow, enter into the spirit of the place, you will make lots of new friends, Turkish, and will want to go back every year like the rest of us.
