hi we are thinking again about going to vietnam in about two weeks we got a visa 2 years ago and we never went because i was reading bad reports about the place crime rate and i got frightend to tell the truth ,but like anywhere in the world there is always a risk ,so can i ask anyone who has been to hanoi ho chin min in november what is the weather like once we went to thailand in september and it was monsoon our holiday was ruined all we did was sit in the pubs nightmare it says in guide book there is 2 seasons north and south but can anybody enlighten me thanks
