My wife and I are looking for advice on how to deal with the unfortunate fact that we paid £1490.00 for a two week stay in this awful cottage, harbours reach, Polperro let by AM*.
I have a catalogue of misleading advertisements both written and on web sites concerning facilities in what he calls a luxurious cottage. It starts with an entrance covered in weeds. Includes many photos of the dirt, dead flies and snails on walls, etc. we had to endure sticky dirty floors and surfaces, dirty windows and bed linen that smelt awful. The eating table cracks were filled with decaying food and the table was very dirty, the outside postage stamp balcony where it was impossible to sit at the table - thank goodness because this was covered in more verdigris amongst a weed garden with bags of garden rubbish in. This place was an utter disgrace.

I am retired through ill health and this was a special treat for our daughter her 2 year old son and my wifes 86 year old mother, and we all feel cheated.
need real advice on how to get the return of our money and how this man should be stopped.
