You may like to check the reviews for both aparthotel by clicking on the links given above. Unfortunately the Geranios only has reviews from August 2006 but the Santas Maria has a review from February this year..

Stayed in Los Geranios Oct 06, although it was a private rental I can tell you that not all apartments there face the sea. Some of the balconies look onto the side of Harleys, however if you look left from them and are high enough up you could about see the sea. We were delighted with the location of ours and it was a nice complex.

We rent an apartment next to Santa Maria on Ocean Park.
Last time we were there (Dec 06) Santa Maria looked a little tired and in need of a repaint
