I'm looking for recommendations for location and hotel please.

I would like an aparthotel, so we can have a 1 bed apartment on an AI basis or a double and single room with connecting doors.
Very near a sandy beach, must be sand as hubby has a foot issue and preferably a large beach (we are used to the one in Alcudia, Majorca).
We like to be in or within a very short walking distance of town, shops etc

We have been to Marmaris and Icmeler on previous occasions and liked them apart from the beaches, so somewhere different would be good.
