I think you will pushing it to find an actual tailor in Hisaronu, but for sure you will get one in Fethiye, that sells suits made to merasure or off the peg and just have the legs or whatever altered, If you find the fish market in Fethiye there is a large shop at the side of that that I have used, sorry can't remember the name though, but it is the largest outlet around there.
