Has anybody been to Komandoo or the Kuramathi Blue Lagoon recently? (No reviews for Komandoo and only old ones for Blue Lagoon in reviews section).

UPDATE:
Just tried to book Kuramathi Blue Lagoon and they wouldn't let us book as apparently there is substanial building work going on. Komandoo is booked up for when we wanted to go so we have booked in at the Taj Coral Reef.

Have just returned from Kuramathi, although we stayed in the village, not the Blue Lagoon. I cannot reccommend it highly enough. I did notice they are bulding some new water bungalows whilst we were there, but only saw it once, and wouldn't have even remembered if you hadn't have mentioned it.
The Blue Lagoon did seem more luxuorius than the Village, but we found our room more than adequate and immaculate. Snorkelling is excellent in the Village area. Let me know if you want any other info? (also excuse my typing if it's rubbish, arrived back last night, and am still a bit tired, will add a proper review tonight!)
