I think Virgin holidays would be your best bet as they offer a range of multi stay holidays,maybe Hayes and Jarvis they are quite good for that as well.
Oh and United Vacations give them a call,we used them a few years ago for a multi centre and they were very good.

As an alternative, if you wanted to book (or at least price things up) independently, have a word with the 'Flight Centre' and they'll give you a price for all your flights. I used them for a multi-centre holiday and they worked out a very good deal for me.

Well worth utilising the Multi Centre flight booking system on Expedia as well to give you an idea on flight costs. Virgin Holidays have always come out fairly expensive in my opinion for twin centre breaks.
