lev and euro

The Lev is LINKED to the old Deutschmark and, hence, to the Euro at a rate of around 1.95 Leva to 1 Euro - it will not rise to the rate of the Euro, in fact, some economic commentators feel that it is already overvalued.

<Edit> Lots of Bulgarians would be ecstatically happy if the Lev was the same value as the Euro! :P
