Last summer Steven Spielberg was over here in Malta filming parts of the film Munich. It has just been released in the US, but I am not sure if it has arrived in the UK yet.

If you watch the trailer, those of you who visit here often will still recognize some of the locations that were made to look like somewhere else. In the middle of the trailer you will spot the Tower Road Sliema promenade. The hotel that has a bomb in it and was renamed Olympic Hotel for the film is the Primera near Bugibba square. Should any of you watch the entire film, you will see a lot of Valletta which was supposed to be Isreal, and the seafront at Marsaxlokk.
Hi there, we were in Malta when he was filming and kept just missing him at Buggiba square, marxaxlak and final 'bumped into him in Rabat where the square had been changed into an Italian Piazzo
