Try emailing them, there's a link at the bottom of their home page. That should get you the info you require.

Is it the Mountain Bear Lodge at Nethy Bridge near Aviemore ? If so, Aviemore would be your nearest rail station.

A tip on train fares that might sound odd. Do not simply ask for the fares from London to Aviemore because they will probably scare you away!

The Advance fares will be reasonable given the distance but these are only quoted when a seat is reservable (about 10 weeks in advance) so it's difficult to plan this far ahead. And you might be able do better. Because you are in London you can use Scotrails overnight sleeping car service and they have special "Bargain Berth" fares which automated fare enquiry systems can't cope with! See http://www.firstgroup.com/scotrail/caledoniansleeper/index.html for details on sleepers and direct bookings. This page will tell you which dates are open for reservation and you can get ready to pounce on the bargains. For people who are organised and ready to book it is currently possible to do London Euston to Aviemore for £19 each way - that includes the travel fare, a sleeping berth in a 2 person compartment, proper bedding and tea & biscuits with your morning wake up call! The train currently departs London at 21:15 and arrives Aviemore at 07:40 next morning with similar times southbound. It does not run on Saturday nights in either direction, Fridays are usually very popular and sell out early.

I'm a big fan of the sleeper service. 'Bargain Berths' are sold only as singles and you need to book them as soon as they become available - don't wait to book your outbound journey until you can also book your return journey - the cheapest deals will have gone by then! To get the best deals start checking the website 8/10 weeks before you want to go and book your outbound journey immediately they start accepting bookings for that date. Then keep checking and book your return journey as soon as that becomes available on the website. If you leave it to book both at the same time you'll end up paying more for your outbound journey.

They also do special cheap deals for families which you can usually book further in advance - not quite as cheap as the 'Bargain Berths' - but you have the advantage of being able to book earlier and book both your outbound and return journey at the same time. This can be reassuring if you don't want to have to commit yourself to purchasing your outbound and return tickets at different times. What is more, if you are a family of 4, you know that they will put you in adjoining cabins and open the connecting door between them - ideal if you have youngsters with you.
