I use http://www.fleetwaytravel.com or book directly with hotel and airline myself, we went to Santa Monica Playa this year during the easter holidays and the hotel was full of Spanish OAP's. Because the resort is not fully open until May they have their free holidays during this month and at the end of October, and the weather wasn't good either so if you can wait til May I would do that.
