Nope there not finished.

And i can assure you they won't be for when you go. But there no problem. We was out there in Nov and it was all dug up then.

And it still is. My friend came back last week.
I'm going on the 16th march and staying at palm beach, with an apt on the front, so we will see all the work going on.

What a great choice of hotel it is my favourite hotel on the island.

Am just back from staying at the Colon 2 apts, the roadworks start just beside these apartments and continue for some way along the road causing problems on both sides of the road and the pavements its okay if you are mobile but if you are a wheelchair user then you are limited where you can go, from colon 2 along to the Patch and Marie Nostrum etc its absolutely fine. The place is looking great and the pedestrian areas are much safer and landscaping looks really nice.
