I have read many review of this hotel- The Sol Luna Bay in Bulgaria at the Ozbo Beach Resort
One of the reviews was in August 2009 as said that the hotel still wasnt finished as it is newly built.
I am going end of september to first week of october, wantign to know if it is still half completed the construction of it or if it is fully done.
I've just been looking at five reviews of this hotel in Dutch and German on THIS website. Using a translator of course.
All are very good, and the average score is 9.7 out of 10.
There is comment about the hotel not being 100% finished, but no mention is made of building work. An interesting minor moan by a Dutch couple is that the hotel caters more for the English and Germans!
I wouldn't worry too much and at this late date there's not much you can do about it anyway I would have thought.
