Planning to stay here for 5nights in April, but a bit concerned about its proximity to Patong beach, can anyone who has been there please let me know how close it is and how close Kata & Karon beaches are and would you recommend the hotel & area...

we stayed at this hotel a few year back
the hotel is wonderful staff very freindly
food out of this world
location to beach the hotel is on a cliff top over looking the beach
you can walk down to a small beach but the main beach is a 5 min slow strowll down the road as is lots of good resteraunts as is a good shopping centre with night market on the main road infront of the shops
this is open till about midnight
if we return this is the hotel we would stay in
