H Julie i am guessing the go carts are the ones that used to be behind the Multiplace disco, the track has since been replaced with a supermarket and apartments, there is an alternative though, next to the Fenix hotel there is quad bike hire, cost is 40 leva, if you go late in the day, they open the track up more to include a good stretch of sand dunes, Paul.

The Fenix is in Sector 'C' of THIS MAP the Meridian is shown as 'Maritsa' on the map, also in Sector 'C', so not too far away.
