If you want good greek food then try the Artemis in the middle of Stalis (best Kleftiko ever) restaurant backs onto the sea - if you see Dimitri on the door say little Charlotte says hello. Just up from there towards Hersinnossis end of Stalis is The Mythos - good Moussaka. Janni's opposite the Panorama near the church is an excellent fish restaurant and the Roma's right at the end of Stalis ( again toward Hersinnosis) does best steaks and excellent mixed fish at very reasonanle prices. I found the restaurants at the Her. end of Stalis at lot less touristy than at the other side - depends what you want really.
